A Day in the Life


The Material Management Analyst (MMA) will be responsible for the day to day materials management operations within the 2 OR-Blocks for the location in Tel Aviv Atidim from the main warehouse in Israel.


Utilizing the implemented inventory management system, the MMA will be responsible for ensuring that the local booking of delivered stock and consumption reporting by hospital staff is accurate and conforms to work instructions and good practice.


Managing new product entries and obsolescence reporting will be a key requirement. Ensuring product availability in a timely manner and managing stock levels and expirations.


Liaising with suppliers (where appropriate) and a third part framework provider will be a key responsibility to ensure supplier commitments are honored.


Must Haves


    Experience of working in Supply Chain/ Inventory Related Role

    Expert Knowledge of Excel or Similar Spreadsheet/Statistical Package.

    Excellent organizational skills

    Methodical & Accurate

    Excellent communications skills (written & verbal)

    Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload

    Hebrew and English Full working proficiency


Nice to Haves

Experience in medical industry

Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
